    New Rok owner Melb

    Hey, been lurking here a fair bit before and after buying my 2015 core with 55K km on the clock, so thought I'd post.
    Fairly stock still, all mods done to it were done in the first 2 weeks of owning it about 1 month ago.. was in a rush to at least have good tyres on it for the 8 days over xmass doing some cool 4wd tracks through Kosciusko ranges from Melb to Canberra. Particularly Tom Groggin track to Dogman hut, camping Lobbs Ravine, and a few others. Bit hairy doing river crossing with no snorkel, but walked it out first. Never been 4wding, had a blast, now can't wait to set it up better for off road.

    Mods so far;
    - Sprayed wheels, side steps, and rollbar Satin black
    - 18" Durban wheels with Hankook Dynapro ATR 265/65/R18
    - Installed Marks Provent catch can and preline fuel filter/water separator
    - crispmod air intake
    - 8" Chinese Android head unit and an upside down reverse camera...
    - Extra USB charging ports with voltage output display
    - Roof rack cage with kings awning
    - Bonnet and window weather shields
    - Stedi LED head light conversion... but they are too bright as every 4th person high beams me at night, maybe just needs physical height adjustment
    - EGR 3 piece hard lid... just bought from wreckers in same colour, will fit it this week

    Mods to come;
    - 3" mantra SS exhaust with DPF & EGR delete, most likely crispmod tune at this stage
    - Underbody armour
    - Snorkel
    - Flares
    - Rhino bar + winch... but because of the price, aggressively looking for a second hand one!
    - Bilstein + H&R suspension (Net4X4 setup), when he gets more in Feb
    - seal up all gaps in tub from dust!
    - dual battery setup, maybe even an arkpak with solar solution with connection from tub to main battery
    - Rear bar
    - Fridge + slider and drawers in rear tub

    Will upload pics shortly, wont let me attach them through here for some reason...

    Hi Mark, sent you a private message the other week. I want the suspension, but also a few other things as well if you could check it out.
    Cheers

    Hi, new to this, I have a new amarok high line v6, no ad blue but has paddle shifters. had problems since day one. Constant dpf regen even after four hour highway runs massive fuel consumption 10.8 litres per 100, highway, no big loads, very little oil left on dip stick only 1400klm old, cold starts very long 11min plus on a22deg morning. Any one with similar issue or any help.

    Get it in to your dealer mate, the constant regen will be why your economy is crappy. Could be a faulty sensor in the DPF, or something else. They'll be able to scan it and detect any errors
